Arboritec offers a fully lineup of waterborne / water-based flooring finishes & sealers. These finishes over the years have proved to be great, easy to use and a contractor favorite. While Arboritec is a smaller company they offer durable coatings that work well. When finishing a floor you need to choose a sealer and then finish the floor with a finish. Typically with Arboritec flooring finishes you can recoat a floor twice in a day. The turn around time between coatings is 2-3 hours.

Waterborne sealers are the foundation of the finishing process of hardwood floors. Choosing the right water-based sealer is key to having a perfect job that you and/or your clients love. Arboritec offers 2 different wood flooring sealers for your floor to have 2 different looks. These sealers are also great sanding sealers that will powder and become super smooth after grain raise.

The great thing about one component flooring finish is that you do not need to mix anything and typically they are less harmful to humans.

Arboritec offers many different 2 component water-based flooring finishes. The differences in the Arboritec 2 component flooring finishes comes down to sheen. The finishes offer sheens from extremely low or nothing to 100% fully gloss. These 2 component Arboritec floor finishes are great for commercial settings or the busiest of households.

Easy to apply – Arboritec finishes start off with ease of use. The advantage to ease of use is getting to the next step of our job easier with a better lookin product. The first coat system works on all woods and is simple to spread and apply. There is noting special about first coat to get it to work – you can use a tbar or roller and it just works!
100% Poly – The Arboritec waterbased finish options are all meant for high traffic areas. The formulas of these porodxucts do not have acrylic fillers that wear extremely fast. The Arboritec line offers 100% blend of polyurethane that is great for residential and commercial applications. Anything less than a floor finish with less than a high polyurethane blend is going to wear extremely quick.
Ceramic – Arboritec is unique in that the waterbased finish of Genuine and Avenue offer infused ceramic particles that wear the best of any other finish on the market. These particles offer great strength, adhesion and wearing properties to the finish. If you want something super strong, go ceramic.
