Returns & Refunds

We offer returns/exchanges with a 25% restocking fee.
Return shipping if there is an issue with the product will be supplied by woodflooringsupply.com. However if the product is just not wanted/liked/needed/late the shipping is the responsibility of the purchasing party.

Special order items are not able to be returned.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at woodflooringsupply@gmail.com
  2. We will offer you a return code
  3. Ship the item back
  4. Within 48 hours of return you will have a refund

Shipping

All shipping is UPS or Fedex ground\ltl. Shipping currently is slow, typically ground is 3-5 days.

Cut-off time for shipping is 1pm est. Orders after this time should ship next day.

Orders ordered on ups/usps/fedex business holidays will be sent out the following business day.

** Orders are sent on ground unless otherwise selected. Max handling time is 48 hours for all orders.

All shipping quotes over email/phone/website are estimates and are subject to being wrong. Once Wood flooring supply provides the package to ups/fedex/ltl carrier shipping times are out of our control.

Wood Flooring Supply tries to get every order out within the same day, however, we reserve the right to 48 hours before shipping. Sometimes due to issues outside of our control, it is impossible to get the orders out within 12 hours.
