Aboritec Miracle Oil is a wood floor penetrating oil that is a 2-part flooring finish. This flooring finish type is designed for extreme floor abuse or whatever you throw at it. The beauty of this type of flooring finish is it bonds directly to the wood fibers and is easily repairable if needed. Arboritec Miracle Oil can be used in commercial spaces and residential.
Miracle Oil Dry Times
Being that this product is a 2-part penetrating oil that means that is has a hardener that helps speed up the drying process and get you back on the floors faster. Another unique thing about the Aboritec Miracle Oil is that is can be top coated later on if needed with a 2-part waterborne product – Avenue. Genuine naked is also a good option for coating over Arboritec Miracle Oil to ensure the matte sheen and is a great way to add a level of durability without adding sheen.
Miracle oil dries very fast and can be used like normal within just 12 hours. Miracle oil can be repaired easily and the patina sheen can be brought make when restored. Miracle oil is great on rustic project and hand scrapped flooring. While Arboritec is designed for flooring Miracle Oil can be used in a variety of ways include furniture and other applications.

We use miracle oil quite often and it is a great product. The best feature about the miracle oil is that we can apply a 2 component Arboritec finish, Avenue or Genuine without any prep work. A lot of our costumers like just the look of the oil however few here and there would like an extra protection and Arboritec Miracle oil allows you to do just that. Miracle oil has some great colors and the best part is that the base colors are mixable.

My go to penitrating oil! The cure time is the quickest out of any of the many comparable products I’ve tried. I’m able to finish in a day making this perfect for restaurants/stores. Easy to use and very durable! Iv sanded and finished a job months before other trades were done and just had to clean and apply maintenance oil and new again!!
