Flowtec from Arboritec is a simple finish to put on any hardwood flooring. This finish makes a contractors job easy! The Flowtec finish is a 1 part finish that is great for residential and lightly trafficked areas. Arboritec Flowtec comes in matte, satin, and semi-gloss sheens.
As always with Arboritec waterborne finishes, these come with ceramic particles that make the finish stronger and more durable. Arboritec says the finish is 30% stronger due to these ceramic particles imbedded in the finish. This product also offers a thick build and great look when the floor is done with 3 coats of floor finish.

Arboritec Flowtec is a great product for residential use, we do a lot of apartments and condos and Flowtec is a great product for that. We love the satin sheen, the product flows perfect, easy to use and its very forgiving finish.
